RUPP acquire Ingredient Solutions

RUPP AG, based in Hörbranz, Austria, has taken over the cheese manufacturer Ingredient Solutions in Ireland. The companies not only complement each other on the market side, but also represent a suitable addition from a product perspective. The Irish company will continue to operate independently and should benefit from synergies and know-how transfer. The managing director, who has been in office for 20 years, will also remain with the company. Step by step, synergies in export, the development of the British market and other additions are to be utilised.

Ingredient Solutions produces about 12,000 tons of cheese with 100 employees.
