As Tatyana Antonenko, Kiev-based correspondent for IDM International Dairy Magazine, reports, the city of Kyiv has set up a coordinating humanitarian agency to provide basic food items to those in need.
“Many citizens may soon face a shortage of food and items for basic needs. We are working to help people and prevent this from happening. Today, the Kyiv Humanitarian Headquarters was set up as a focal point for those who need help and those who can provide it,” Valentyn Mondryivskyi, Deputy Head of Kyiv City State Administration, said on the official website.
